Deanie Untiedt, Bonnie Puck, and Tim Heikens are licensed agents in the Lake Park office with Tim and Bill Heikens also selling federal crop insurance. Chris Block does the marketing aspect. In 2003, GLI grew into three other locations in Estherville, Armstrong and Swea City.

Serving our Armstrong office is Melissa Madden, operating as our office manager with agents Sara Voit and Chris Hart. Chris also sells federal crop insurance. Our customer service representative is Karen Hauskins. Mitch Hauskins, also a licensed agent, is in our Swea City office. Mitch also writes Life and Health coverage.
